Doing less, but better

Hi friend,

Lately I've been thinking a lot about how rushed most trips feel.

Not in a dramatic way, of course. Just that quiet pressure to "do it all," even when you technically planned a relaxing getaway.

I see it all the time when people are building itineraries: packed days, early mornings, late nights… and somehow still feeling like they missed something.

One of the biggest shifts I've made in how I travel (and how I help others plan trips) is allowing myself to do less, but do it better.

This might look like:

  • Choosing one standout experience instead of five mediocre ones
  • Staying an extra night instead of hopping towns
  • Planning a trip around how you want to feel, not just what you want to see

It sounds simple, but it completely changes the experience. And honestly, it often saves money too!

If you're planning something later this year (or even just daydreaming right now), this is your reminder: a great trip doesn't have to be packed to be meaningful.

See you at the next stop,
Yanitza
